This farm to market road, being constructed under JFPR Grant 9175 Sub-component A.1 is nearing completion. It will soon provide farmers and fisherfolk of Barangay San Francisco, Sulat Eastern Samar, an easier way to town.
The JFPR team visited this site lately to check on the progress.
