This blog is a collection of news, stories, commentaries, photos, videos and related media by ADB's Grant Management Unit (GMU).



Grant Management Unit (GMU)
The GMU is composed of a team of consultants financed under JFPR Grant 9175 based at the ADB Extended Mission to Yolanda-Affected Areas (EMY) office in Tacloban, and at the NEDA Regional Office 8 in Palo, Leyte.

The GMU serves as the operations unit for day-to-day project implementation, primarily responsible for ensuring that (i) project objectives and targets are achieved, (ii) all ADB policies and procedures are complied with, and (iii) standards and guidelines for program administration, procurement, disbursements, accounts, and maintenance of all program records are in place.

GMU supplements the capacity of the implementing agencies in administering and monitoring the project, and works closely with the implementing partners.
