19JAN15. The ADB Team on 'Yolanda Recovery' was given a rolling tour today by Plan International, visiting their various on-going project sites that involve educational infrastructure, social and livelihood interventions. Sites visited were along the devastated areas of Western and Eastern Samar.
Plan International was chosen as implementing partner (consultant) on Sub-component A.2 of ADB JFPR Grant 9175 with about USD8million in funds for various projects/interventions in the Yolanda-devastated parts of Eastern Visayas.
