24FEB15. ADB PhCO Country Director Richard Bolt was in Tacloban again for another mission: this time to (among others), sit down with Plan International staff to hear status updates, thresh out various project issues, and provide guidance to ADB JFPR Grant 9175 Sub-component A.2 regarding needed adjustments in their implementation plan, management and schedules.
Things are excitingly getting hectic... all for the good of our beneficiaries!
