20FEB15. Plan International, our Subcomponent A.2 Implementing Partner conducted at Dulag today, the very first Municipal Consultation and Project Orientation for our target beneficiary areas in the province of Leyte. This activity has 2 objectives: 1) to let the leaders and citizens alike know, what interventions are being proposed for their town under Grant 9175; and 2) to gather information/feedback from the community that might serve to enhance the proposed interventions.
ADB EMY/GMU Teams were duly represented during the activity at the town's Municipal Hall with no less than their local chief executive, Mayor Manuel Que in attendance as (he said) he was excited to know what exactly is the "good news"!
