25FEB2015. The first of many such ceremonial signing of memorandums of agreement happened today inside the Salvacion Elementary School in Dulag, Leyte. This is a document that formalizes the agreement between ADB - representing the Japanese government and its people via JFPR Grant 9175, the national and local governments, and Plan International as implementing partner (consultant).
On hand to sign the agreement in behalf of ADB was its Philippines Country Director Richard S. Bolt.
