To check on the progress of ADB JFPR Grant 9175, OCO's Takeshi Koike and Ronnie Oblepias arrived in Tacloban today, and immediately went on to check the finished classrooms at Bislig Elementary School in Tanauan Leyte (a combination output of Sub-components A.1 and A.2).
ADB staff on ground and Grant 9175 team of consultants were on hand to show them around and give updates as to the recent developments. Teachers and and a few pupils also came just to say hi to their donors!
