05FEB15. ADB Consultants working at DSWD8 for JFPR Grant 9175 Sub-component A.1 conducted their planning workshop at our NEDA offices. This group of Civil Engineers and Financial Analysts will hopefully serve as guiding light of the KALAHI volunteers who will implement their respective communities' chosen sub-projects.
