06FEB15. Today marked the final day of formal meetings with implementing agencies and partners on ADB JFPR Grant 9175-PHI.
Discussed in as many details as can be were the 'WHAT WHEN WHERE HOW WHY WHO' matters towards implementing all projects in various components that will avail of the USD20 million grant amount. These meetings were just for starters. Others more will definitely occur (and sometimes frequently) in the months to come.
